  • Can I exchange an item?

  • How do I decide the best size for my order?
    We have provided sizing charts for all of our products including measurements. We highly recommend you refer to these prior to placing your order. Each item is fitted differently and therefore we advise you refer to the specific size charts for the item you purchasing before making your final decision on size.
  • Can I return an item I have ordered which doesn't fit?
    Yes, you are welcome to return or exchange any items your have purchased which don't fit by following our Exchange and Returns Policy. However we would ask that you limit the chances of this happening by referring to the products sizing charts before making your purchase.
  • How long does it take until my order is ready to be shipped?
    All items are made to order. This means that once you place an order it can take between 3-5 business days for it be be ready to be shipped.
  • Will I receive and email when my order is ready to be shipped?
    Yes you should receive an email within a maximum of 5 business days to advise you that your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an email within this time, please feel free to contact us at huddlinhippos@gmail.com.
  • What regions do you ship to?
    We can arrange worldwide shipping of our Huddlin' Hippos Hoodies and accessories. Details of the regions we ship to can be found on our Shipping, Exchange & Returns Page.
  • How long will it take to ship my order?
    The estimated time for shipping depends on the area your order is being shipped to. Estimated shipping times can be found on our Shipping, Exchange and Returns Policy page.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately orders can not be cancelled once they are place, however, a full refund can be provided by following the Exchange and Returns procedure.
  • Can I edit my order?
    Unfortunately once an order is placed it not possible to edit. You can however follow our Exchange and Returns Policy for a full refund.
  • Can I add extra items to my order?
    Unfortunately once an order has been placed, it is not possible to add to it. We may however be able to combine orders for shipping purposes, if you contact us at huddlinhippos@gmail.com within 24hrs of the original order with details of the orders you wish to combine.
